To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing therapeutic care as delegated by the registered practitioner(s). To work closely with patients and their families/carers under distant supervision of the registered practitioners providing accurate feedback to the appropriate practitioner(s). Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria GCSE grade 4 or GCSE C and above Desirable criteria Level 2 functional skills or health care support worker apprenticeship / NVQ level 2 in relevant subject Level 3 apprenticeship for example senior health care support worker or similar and / or NVQ level 3 in relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge and experience Experience Essential criteria Experience in health or social care settings such as employment, work experience volunteering or placements Desirable criteria Demonstrate the values of the NHS and commitment to personal and professional development Patients come first at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
