About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are vital for gathering customer feedback and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.
Main Duties include:
1. Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
2. Maintaining high levels of customer service
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse as needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
* Previous delivery driver experience
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
* Customer-focused and motivated to go the extra mile
