Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating, and inspiring front-of-house teams across events, conferences, and dining outlets
* Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations and match Levy's high service standards
* Delivering a seamless guest experience - ensuring every drink poured and every plate served reflects Levy's commitment to excellence
* Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow in their roles and careers
* Driving consistency and efficiency, balancing speed of service with quality
* Ensuring all operations follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards
* Playing your part in Levy's sustainability mission - from reducing waste to promoting local, seasonal produce
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B, or events
* A people-first leader with a hands-on approach
* Great communication and team-building skills - someone who leads by example
* Passion for food, drink, and creating exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver service with confidence
* Commercial awareness - an eye for quality and an understanding of what sells
Compensation
