About Our Client
I'm supporting a Public Sector organisation with an Interim Senior HR Business Partner role. The position involves providing senior people support during a period of change, partnering with leaders across the organisation, and overseeing a mix of strategic and hands‑on HR work. It's a 3-6 month assignment with 2-3 days on‑site in Nottingham, and requires someone with strong experience working within a schools environment.
Job Description
3. Partnering with Headteachers, School Business Managers and Governors
4. Leading senior HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
5. Managing complex casework (disciplinary, grievance, sickness)
6. Supporting restructures, workforce planning & senior recruitment
7. Ensuring compliance, safeguarding risk and embedding best practice
8. Contributing to people strategy while remaining hands‑on operationally
