Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Parts Person
Join a prestigious car dealership in the Weybridge area of Surrey, offering an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly team.
No automotive experience is necessary; however, a strong customer service background is essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with potential for one or two Saturdays a month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure customers are informed about required service and repair work professionally.
2. Advise on estimated costs and work to be undertaken.
3. Sell additional products suited to customer needs.
4. Communicate timescales and collection arrangements.
5. Create job cards using the in-house computer system.
6. Update customer and vehicle records accurately.
7. Document warranty work following manufacturer policies.
8. Prepare and complete invoices.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade.
* Hold a full driving licence.
