With production sites in Belgium, the UK and South Africa, and sales offices across Europe and the Middle East, we’re a global force with a local heart.
This role is full time permanent and you will be required on site in Bridgwater 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.
Salary is dependant on experience.
The role is Monday - Friday hours per week.
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Fridays - 2pm.
Your new role
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our industrial customers—especially in the United Kingdom. You’ll manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring smooth operations, clearmunication, and top-tier customer satisfaction.As you grow in the role, you’ll also take onmercial activities such as identifying growth opportunities with smaller accounts, nurturing leads, and assisting the sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Care & Order Management
2. Act as the Single Point of Contact for B2B customers
3. Process and confirm orders, ensuring alignment with contracts and delivery timelines
Documentation & Logistics
4. Prepare accurate shipping and invoicing documents
5. Tailor documentation to destination-specific requirements
6. Coordinate with warehouses for road and airfreight logistics
Sales Support & Customer Success
7. Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to support customer relationships.
8. Support customers with CRC’s digital platforms (EDI, B2B Webstore)
9. Prepare for key customer meetings and follow up on leads
10. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
After-Sales & Certification
11. Provide customs andpliance documents (MSDS, TDS, Certificates)
12. Handle claims, returns, and corrections with professionalism and speed
What you'll need to succeed
13. Experience in customer care or inside sales, with strong order-to-cash knowledge
14. A proactive mindset andmercial awareness
15. Fluency in English,bined with another European language such as Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, German or French to effectively support our diverse EMEA customer base.
16. Strongmunicator with a customer-first and sales-oriented approach
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office (O365 environment)
18. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems is a plus
