As a Bodyshop Manager, you will play the leading role in the running of our Production Workshop, overseeing site and employee performance, safety, quality and customer service. You will ensure that policy and process is followed, and consistency maintained across all workshop operations and that a safe working environment is operated and maintained at all times.
Your key responsibilities as a Bodyshop Manager will include:
* Driving team productivity and delivering results
* Leading by example to uphold the highest safety standards
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing team performance
* Communicating effectively with our Production Director
* Keeping the workshop organised and fully compliant
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:
We are looking for a strong leader who’s passionate about the automotive repair industry and gets a buzz out of working in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll bring:
* 5+ years of bodyshop / automotive experience
* Proven people management skills
* Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality control
* A customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organised approach
