Keep a sharp eye on sales and costs, actively coaching your Store Managers to boost their own commercial superpowers and financial acumen. Gather and research business insights from your area to formulate regular, action-packed trade analyses and feedback loops. Team Hit the road for weekly store visits to cheer on, manage, and inspire your team members! You'll lead by example, dish out instant feedback and coaching, and nurture a deeply supportive, positive work environment. Be the ultimate day-to-day rock for your Store Managers, ensuring all objectives are smashed, standards are sparkling, and store teams are perfectly set up for success. Partner with the Head of Retail to brilliantly launch compliance practices, policies, and exciting new training initiatives. What are we looking for?
