Candidate Marketing Lead Location: Northampton, NN4 7RG (Hybrid - 2 days in office: Tuesday & Thursday) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm (some flexibility available) About the role We're excited to be recruiting a Candidate Marketing Lead, supporting one of our largest and most high-profile clients, Royal Mail. This is a newly created role, supporting both business as usual hiring and seasonal peak campaigns, including Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys ownership, variety and building something from the ground up. You'll play a key role in growing the Royal Mail brand nationally and ensuring we have a strong, engaged pipeline of candidates ready to work.
