As they continue to grow, we're looking for passionate, digitally savvy Paid Media specialists who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to make an impact with well-loved, high-profile brands. What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of the day-to-day management of paid media activity across multiple well-known brands. Build strong relationships through regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal channel teams. Develop and execute performance-led paid media strategies aligned with wider marketing and digital objectives. Oversee and support activity across Google Ads, Meta and other key platforms. Manage and track campaign budgets, forecasts and revenue performance. Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments, bringing proactive ideas and opportunities. Contribute to the ongoing PPC and wider digital strategy, helping drive innovation across the team. What We're Looking For 4 years' experience managing paid media campaigns with strong, measurable results. Solid experience with GA4 and digital analytics. Ideally, a strong background working with retail clients. Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills. Clear, confident communicator capable of simplifying insights for clients. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines while maintaining high standards. High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. GAP qualified (Google Ads Certification).
