Where will you be working?
MEICA and capital maintenance – Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one‑stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
* Drive Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities through strong business relationships.
* Lead Delivery: Oversee services and contracts, ensuring top performance, safety, quality, and profitability.
* Shape Success: Support tender and bid preparation for exciting new projects.
* Build Partnerships: Liaise with clients to foster long‑term, constructive relationships.
* Set Standards: Develop site‑specific policies aligned with our values and client needs.
* Empower Teams: Manage and develop staff, creating a positive culture and strong retention.
* Monitor & Report: Deliver monthly performance reports, highlighting compliance, risks, and opportunities.
* Champion Safety: Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety through proactive management.
* Control Budgets: Manage contract finances effectively.
* Investigate & Improve: Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Stay Accountable: Report P&L performance and recover WIP within agreed timescales.
* Plan Ahead: Prepare risk assessments and method statements as required.
Qualifications:
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience in budget control and contract delivery.
* Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Technical awareness of energy systems and compliance frameworks.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH) and experience in energy projects.
