Key Duties: Maintain and review HACCP plans and food safety procedures Ensure compliance with UK/NI food legislation and customer standards Carry out routine food safety, hygiene and quality inspections Monitor CCPs, product quality, packaging and label accuracy Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions Support allergen management, traceability and product recall systems Prepare for internal, customer and regulatory audits Deliver food safety and hygiene training to production staff Maintain accurate records including HACCP, temperature, cleaning and training documentation Promote GMP standards and food safety culture across the business Essential Criteria: Level 3/4 Food Safety qualification HACCP qualification Experience within food manufacturing Knowledge of hygiene and allergen controls Strong communication skills and attention to detail Competent with Microsoft Office Desirable: Internal Audit qualification BRCGS experience Meat processing industry experience Interested?
