About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in winning new national businesses and managing client relationships from start to finish. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically develop and implement plans to secure new business within the recruitment and industrial sectors.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact to ongoing management.
Identify growth opportunities to expand market reach and drive revenue.
Negotiate contracts and deliver customised solutions to meet client needs.About You:
A proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, ideally with experience in the industrial sector.
