We offer residential, respite, and day care services in a modern, well-appointed environment, staffed by highly trained professionals committed to quality and professionalism.
Job Description
The Activity Coordinator will develop and expand our day care services by creating tailored activities for residents. The role involves identifying individual needs, planning group and one-to-one activities, and liaising with staff, families, and management. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, IT literate, and experienced in coordinating activities for elderly residents.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate activities, events, and outings throughout the year
* Tailor activities to individual resident needs and preferences
* Encourage participation in hobbies and group activities
* Work on a one-to-one basis with residents who prefer not to participate in group activities
* Maintain resident reviews and liaise with staff and families
Requirements
* Must own a car
* Experience in activity coordination, preferably in a care setting
