Job Title: VOD Scheduler
The role of the VOD Scheduler is to plan and schedule content across various digital products, including FAST channels and Players, within the EMEA region.
This position involves managing content inventories and refreshes, working closely with platform and marketing teams to boost viewing and engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Input and maintain information in systems and databases accurately, providing reports as needed.
* Build and deliver schedules for FAST channels.
* Curate content on Players, optimizing rails, placements, imagery, and metadata.
* Create bespoke stunt schedules to drive viewership and engagement across channels and platforms.
* Monitor and analyze performance data to inform scheduling decisions.
* Present data findings to the scheduling team and wider VOD teams.
* Collaborate with the Senior VOD Manager and Player Account Manager on sourcing new content.
* Contribute ideas to improve scheduling processes and planning.
* Work with marketing teams to secure content promotions on partner platforms.
What does it take?
Essential criteria:
* Understanding of scheduling across linear and digital channels.
* Experience with data platforms: extracting, analyzing, and presenting data.
* Knowledge of the TV landscape, including digital and FAST services.
* Strong editorial instincts and a passion for content and TV.
* Experience working effectively within a team in television scheduling, interactive, or marketing environments.
Desirable criteria:
* Experience with TV scheduling systems (WURL, What's On, Amagi, BSS, etc.).
* Experience with digital products and understanding of technical and delivery processes.
* Knowledge of on-demand television services and scheduling strategies.

Salary: £27,600 - £30,000 + London Weighting (£5,319), depending on skills and experience. The salary reflects market benchmarking.
Location: London, Television Centre. This hybrid role combines office and home working.
