As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in nurturing children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. From playful learning activities to supportive partnerships with parents, you'll help shape the foundations of their future.
What You'll Do:
* Support a vibrant, inclusive learning environment in line with EYFS principles
* Be a key person for a group of children, tracking their development and next steps
* Foster strong relationships with families and work closely with a dedicated team
* Ensure high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding are upheld at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (DfE-recognised)
* Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive care
* A team player with a nurturing nature and a passion for lifelong learning
* SEN experience desirable
