Job Title: Transport & Business Support Administrator

Contract Type: 12 Months+ (Inside IR35)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Start Date: ASAP


Position Summary

Join our team as a Transport & Business Support Administrator, where you will manage all aspects of corporate travel arrangements while delivering essential administrative assistance to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Travel Management

* Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and executives, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas.
* Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and budget guidelines.
* Monitor travel expenses and prepare regular reports on travel spend.
* Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency situations.
* Maintain traveller profiles, preferences, and required documentation.
* Research and recommend cost-effective travel options and negotiate rates.


Administrative Support

* Provide general administrative support to the team's leadership.


Requirements

* Proven experience in travel coordination and administrative roles.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
