We currently have an opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team in the South West. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. You will build and nurture relationships with communities, stakeholders, and customers, leading initiatives that foster engagement, trust, and collaboration across our service areas.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies
* Represent South West Water at public events and forums
* Collaborate with internal teams to support outreach activities
* Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment
What we are looking for:
* Experience in community engagement or stakeholder management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for public service and community development
