Implementation Delivery Lead | AI Start-up | Remote (UK) | £70,000 to £75,000 | Permanent
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI SaaS start-up working with some of the world's largest pharmaceutical organisations. They're expanding their delivery function and need someone to lead platform implementations across global enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own deployments end-to-end across multiple countries and client programmes simultaneously, working directly with senior stakeholders and coordinating internally across Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
What you'll need:
* 5+ years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations from a vendor side, client facing perspective
* End-to-end ownership of SaaS platform deployments from discovery and scoping through to go-live and stabilisation, on the client side
* Experience managing multi-country rollouts across complex enterprise environments
* Direct exposure to pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated healthcare clients
* Strong delivery governance including RAID logs, milestone tracking and risk management
* Advanced Excel, Jira and Confluence
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a start-up environment without a support structure
* Right to work in the UK
Nice to have:
* PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification
* AI, analytics or conversation intelligence platform experience
* GDPR and SaaS data governance awareness
