Other aspects include; positively leading employee relations and recruitment development support, managing and developing the HR / L&D teams, building positive relationships with unions as well as leading negotiations, promoting and enhancing the HR offering to the business You should have a positive, warm / personable relationship building, and pragmatic attitude. Constantly developing the offering/enhancing the employee journey.
