Responsibilities
* Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties.
* Handling customer complaints and follow-up with relevant parties, and comply complaint reports.
* Assist the supervisor to plan, organize and provide coordination support for trade / professional associations.
* Maintain filing and documentation system.
* Handle ad hoc exercises as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
* Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in office administration is highly preferred.
* Good command of English and Chinese.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and English & Chinese Word Processing.
* Experience in handling customer complaints in passenger transport service sector will be an advantage.
