Recycling Operative with FLT – West Bromwich People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative with FLT to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich, West Midlands. Shifts Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 Friday: 07:00 – 14:30 Overtime available before and after shifts Rates of Pay Excellent hourly rates – paid weekly Benefits Ongoing, consistent work Overtime available On-site canteen Free parking Good public transport links Immediate starts available Day-to-Day Duties Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials around the yard and warehouse Conduct pre-use safety inspections and report any faults to management Receive and check incoming goods for accuracy and quality Assist with general yard duties such as tidying, organising stock, and preparing loads Support warehouse operations as required Adhere to all site health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Proven experience operating a Counterbalance truck Good communication and teamwork skills Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Desirable Experience Previous experience working in a yard or warehouse environment Training Provided Full training provided – assessment required prior to start Apply If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Recycling Operative with FLT, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
