We are seeking a proactive and committed Attendance Improvement Coordinator to support improved attendance and engagement across the Academy.
You will work closely with students and families to identify and address attendance and punctuality concerns, using data to monitor trends and provide targeted support. The role includes communicating with families, maintaining accurate records, and carrying out home visits where appropriate to support safeguarding and improve outcomes.
The successful candidate will be organised, confident working independently, and passionate about helping young people succeed.
