Job Title: Engineering Site Supervisor (Hard Services) Location: St Pauls, City of London Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (No standby/callout out of hours) Salary: £52,000 per annum + Overtime opportunities Company: Progressive Facilities Management Company About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my client’s team, to be based at a commercial office building in St Pauls with M&E systems dating back 20 years. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 3 engineers who perform maintenance tasks across this large commercial building. You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.
