Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service. Benefits: Well-Established Bodyshop Environment (over 25 years experience as a company) High staff Retention Rate NO Weekends Requirements: A working experience within this role or similar Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software Duties: Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Liaise with Insurance Companies For your hard work as a Bodyshop Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of £34,000 basic. The hours of work in this position are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm / Fridays 7.30am - 3.45pm. No Weekends.
