Location : St. Helens, WA9 5JD Job Type : Full-time | Work Location : In-person Salary : £25,000 – £32,000 per year (dependent on experience) About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and organised Unlicensed Medicines Coordinator to support the operational and administrative activities of our unlicensed (specials) medicines service. Reporting to the Unlicensed Medicines Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of orders, supplier communication, and accurate record-keeping. This is an ideal role for someone with pharmaceutical supply chain or administrative experience, looking to build a career in a growing and regulated area of the industry. Key Responsibilities Process and track unlicensed medicine orders. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and confirm lead times. Maintain accurate records of requests, invoices, and stock movements. Support compliance with MHRA and GDP requirements through accurate documentation. Liaise with internal teams and pharmacy customers on order progress and queries. Assist in maintaining supplier and pricing databases. Ideal Candidate Experience in pharmaceutical admin, stock control, or order processing (pharmacy technician or supply chain background a bonus). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
