Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinances Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring all aspects of the deal are handled efficiently and effectively. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Conduct due diligence, property searches, and assessments to facilitate smooth and successful transactions. Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure timely completion of transactions. Keep abreast of current property laws and market trends to provide informed and up-to-date advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales ideally with 5-7 Years PQE Proven track record of managing complex commercial property deals with attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
