Overview
This role is based in our Orpington Magnet store, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team. Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.
What’s on offer? For this role you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with on-target earnings of c£28,000. At Magnet we recognise and reward achievement and we are keen to welcome someone motivated to succeed and develop with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Greater Picture: As a Trade Salesperson you will create a welcoming environment for all customers visiting the store and maintain and develop strong trade customer relationships. You will achieve this by gaining excellent product knowledge to help answer queries, contributing to increasing sales opportunities, opening new accounts and ensuring repeat business.
You will be an integral part of the team, helping deliver great customer service, meet targets and support with stock management tasks.

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who is willing to go the extra mile. Ideally you will have the following attributes:
* The ability to work well as part of a team and also independently
* Customer service and a personable manner
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
* Capability to manage stock
* Computer literacy
* Readiness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
