Job Role: Project Manager
Location: On-site, RAF Alconbury
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Mainstay Recruitment are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Billable Works projects at RAF Alconbury for our prestigious client. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Billable Works projects from start to finish in line with client objectives and contractual requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Government Regulatory and Statutory requirements, including Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Provide leadership to Supply Chain teams and ensure qualified personnel are assigned to each project.
Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to maintain high safety standards.
Collaborate with Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives, Local Customer Service teams, and Site Managers to define scope, priorities, and delivery programmes.
Manage all project documentation and reporting through the Maximo system, including record uploads to SharePoint.
