Teaching Personnel is recruiting Drama Supply Teachers to work across our exclusive partner secondary schools from September 2025. Key Responsibilities:
As a Drama supply teacher, your duties may include:
* Delivering dynamic and engaging Drama lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities for KS5
* Encouraging creativity, expression, and confidence through performance and practical work
* Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment
* Preparing or delivering set lesson plans, depending on the role
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback (in long-term placements)
* Supporting extracurricular drama clubs or school productions where applicable
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
* Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, professional attitude
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (can be arranged through Teaching Personnel)
