We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Temporary Event and Customer Service Staff for an exciting event in the Greenford area.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for customer service and community engagement over a 3-week period.
Key Responsibilities for Various Roles:
* Marshalling: Supervise event areas to ensure smooth operations and safety.
* Ticket Office Duties: Manage ticket sales, handle inquiries, cash handling, and provide information to attendees.
* Customer Service: Assist guests with questions or concerns, ensuring a positive event experience, scanning photos, interacting with children and families, supervising an exhibition, and working in the gift shop.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Willingness to work in any weather condition – rain or shine!
* Must provide right to work document and 2 references covering the last 3 years of employment or education.
