PRS is looking to recruit a Senior 360 Lead Consultant for our Critical Environments division. You will join and lead a fast‑growing team in a billing manager role, driving full‑360 recruitment activities across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical technical roles.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
* Deliver business growth through winning new business and meeting existing client targets.
* Motivate and support a team of recruiters to achieve superior results.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in critical, engineering, or technical recruitment.
* Experience in a full‑360 recruitment role with proven success in winning business.
* Track record of delivering to key accounts.
* Independent, high‑energy professional with strong motivation skills.
* International experience working in Europe and the US.
* Expertise in recruitment technology, including LinkedIn.
* Previous billing history of £300k+ in a contingent recruitment role.
* Desire to fast‑track a career in recruitment.
Compensation
Base Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
