Senior Support Worker - Young People

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times.
* Help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
* Experience working with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
