We are currently looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various positions across the country:
Preferred Requirements: Valid CSCS card, Safety Critical Medical for Highway work, First Aid Training.
Roles Available:
Spray Tanker Driver
Minimum HGV Class 2 license (Class 1 would be beneficial).
Experience operating large vehicles safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Ability to perform vehicle checks and communicate effectively with the fleet team regarding maintenance.
Responsibilities include machine calibration, material loading, and managing the spray application process alongside support operatives.
Gritter Driver
Minimum HGV Class 2 license (Class 1 would be beneficial).
Responsibilities include vehicle operation and loading with a telehandler (license required).
Training may be provided to operate both the gritter and spray tanker.
Support Operatives (2 positions)
Required: Driving license.
Responsibilities include operating the flatbed van, managing essential equipment, and assisting the spray and gritter drivers.
Ideal candidates should have a Forklift and Telehandler license.
Teamwork and a proactive approach are essential.
Foreman (this role will be allocated to one of the above positions)
Seeking candidates with prior leadership experience.
Responsibilities include team organisation, liaison with supervisors and clients, and ensuring work processes are followed accurately.
First Aid certification is required.

Work is seasonal between April to September across the UK, with a potential of 6-8 months of work including training and mobilisation time. For the right candidates, there is potential for full-time permanent positions.
Head office is based in Norfolk, however positions are nationwide.
