About the Role
Are you a proactive and highly organised professional?
We're looking for an experienced administratorto join our dynamic team, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day tasks on files running smoothly. This role provides a high level of administrative support and assistance to Solicitors within our specialist Property Litigation team. We are looking for someone with administrative experience in a professional setting. This role allows you to develop and make a positive contribution to an expanding team. This area of Law is one of the faster paced areas of the legal sector and has a range of different tasks including file opening, file closing, EV checks, liaising with clients, preparing court bundles, filing documents and diary management.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and detailed orientated individual. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, hardworking and real a team player. You must not be afraid to ask questions to learn more about your role to succeed. You will need to follow established priorities, processes and procedures to ensure compliance. To be successful you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as well at competency with Microsoft Suite applications.
