What Youll Be Doing
* Processing sales invoices with speed and accuracy to support busy production schedules
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring payments are received on time
* Chasing outstanding debt professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships
* Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end reporting
* Working closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to keep cashflow strong
* Investigating and resolving account queries quickly and efficiently
What Were Looking For
* Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance support (manufacturing experience is a bonus!)
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Confident communicator who can build positive customer relationships
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
* Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
