Business Analyst (Interim) – Insurance Transformation Programme
Location: Central London
Contract: 3–6 months initially
Rate: Inside IR35
Robert Half is supporting a leading insurance client at the early stages of an exciting new transformation programme. As part of this, we are looking to engage multiple experienced Business Analysts on an interim basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering change within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across transformation initiatives
* Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes, with a strong focus on customer journeys
* Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
* Support delivery within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing change initiatives
Key requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector
* Strong background in transformation and change programmes
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Skilled in process mapping, particularly as-is / to-be analysis
* Strong focus on customer journeys and experience improvement
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
