The Associate Director, Market Access Marketing, will support the Director in building a coordinated and overarching SCG market access and reimbursement strategy for all Immunology products, excluding IMAAVY. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Collaborating with the Immunology brand teams to ensure strategies, priorities, and tactics are aligned with overall brand strategies and the needs of the Strategic Customer Group
* Developing account-management supporting materials and resources, including customized value propositions, and ensuring they are approved and delivered timely
* Building credibility and establishing strong partnerships with brand partners, account teams, and functional leads within the strategic customer group
* Creating and leading forums to gather, handle, and share customer/market insights; translating insights into strategy and tactics
* Creating and executing ongoing training plans for payer and institutional account teams to enhance proficiency and preparedness for market events
* Leading national meetings, fast start meetings, and new hire training for the Strategic Account Management team; driving SCG partner requirements across Integrated Evidence Teams to ensure data generation enhances value propositions and supports future indications
Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
* Experience in marketing, product management, or business development
* Expertise in strategy development, innovation, collaboration, with strong analytical skills and understanding of healthcare market dynamics
* Knowledge of US healthcare stakeholders and ability to lead multiple projects
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and interact across levels and functions
* Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills
* Project management skills
Preferred:
* Experience in market access and immunology therapeutic areas
This position is based in Horsham, PA, with up to 10% domestic travel.

Pay Range and Benefits:
