Flk Recruitment are partnering with a fantastic business in South Wales supporting with the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner for a large, fast-paced and diverse Manufacturing site in Newport.
As a result of recent changes to their operating model and with a new Operational and People leadership team in place, the business is now entering a new phase in its evolution and is looking to HR to help drive employee engagement and capability.
They are looking for a commercially-focused HR Business Partner to work closely with the business.
Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Coaching managers in all performance management issues
* Supporting with ER activities
* Working with Managers to ensure the right team structures are in place to drive business growth
* Ssupporting managers to be self-sufficient in handling HR issues
* Ensuring all colleagues have a great employee experience and employee engagement remains high.
This role touches on all areas of the employee lifecycle from inductions, ER advice, HR reporting and policies through to HR projects.
