We are looking for a Despatch Team Leader for our night shift to join the team in our state of the art Mash Factory. You will be responsible for the day-to-day Despatch operations of the factory and looking after a small team. Examples of duties to include; Leadership - providing consistent leadership across the shift, whilst always demonstrating and role modelling our Branston values. Planning - Plan the customers orders daily, working with our own Transport department team to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness. Employee relations & engagement - Working with HR to ensure any employee relations matters are handled consistently and in line with policy. Motivating and engaging the team to work to their best, including periodic one-2-one reviews. Health & Safety - Acting as a role model for H&S, ensuring processes are strictly adhered to by all members of the team, and taking appropriate action when others do not work in a safe manner. Compliance - Ensure all members of the team are following standard operating procedures and that the working area complies with GMP audit standards. Continuous Improvement Identifying areas which can be improved with either breakthrough improvement or an incremental approach. Working against set K.P.Is Do you offer?
