This is a hands-on, creative role for a chef with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine, turning locally sourced ingredients into exceptional fine-dining dishes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
* Preparing and presenting high-end farm-to-table dishes with precision and creativity
* Maintaining kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety
* Managing kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
* Contributing to menu development with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients
Requirements
* Proven experience in a luxury or Michelin-star-level kitchen
* Genuine passion for farm-to-table cooking
* British passport required
* Strong leadership, organisation, and culinary skills
* Attention to detail and love for fine dining
