What you'll do
You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of transformational initiatives across food, general merchandise, and clothing. Working within the Core Commercial Transformation team, you will lead the adoption of SAP functionality and processes to drive efficiency and a world class customer experience to support our ambitious targets. The Commercial Transformation Change Lead will be critical in effectively landing a variety of initiatives that integrate, automate and optimise processes and systems across the Commercial Division. Your responsibilities will include providing expert change management methodologies for multiple initiatives, ensuring strong engagement across all stakeholders, developing change readiness frameworks, and proactively identifying and managing risks and dependencies to deliver initiatives at the desired pace. You will report into a Delivery Lead but work collaboratively with various departments. With a challenger mind-set, you will seek new and improved ways of addressing business challenges and opportunities to drive successful outcomes. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work in an agile way, adapting to challenges and developing leading-edge solutions.
Who you are
As a Commercial Transformation Change Lead at Sainsbury's, you are an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale change initiatives with multiple stakeholders and broad impact. You possess expert knowledge of change management theories and methodologies, SAP, along with strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset. You have driven transformational initiatives and optimized processes. Your exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You can work autonomously, with strong attention to detail and proven skills in prioritization and organization.
