Our client, a fast-growing FMCG brand with a strong presence across retail, wholesale, and out-of-home channels is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, strengthening key relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities across multiple FMCG channels. Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, convenience, and foodservice channels.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent revenue growth.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and category insights to shape commercial strategy.
Lead customer presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and NPD teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives.
Track performance, forecast sales, and report on KPIs.
