We're looking for a Digital Learning Assistant to join our team and help transform how learning is delivered across the business!
From capturing immersive 360° video footage and creating engaging multimedia content, to managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting cutting‑edge learning technologies, no two days will be the same.
What you'll be doing:
* Filming and editing high‑quality video and 360° content
* Creating interactive eLearning, H5P resources, assessments and multimedia learning experiences
* Supporting and managing our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to keep training accurate, relevant and engaging
* Helping colleagues embrace innovative learning technologies including Virtual Reality, tablets and smart screen
* Monitoring learner engagement and using data to continuously improve the learning experience
We're looking for someone with:
Experience managing LMS platforms such as Totara, Moodle or similar
* Strong videography and digital media creation skills
* Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and digital learning technologies
* Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Power Automate
* Great attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional learning experiences
