Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join a growing business, focused on improving company operations. They are looking for an enthusiastic person ready to progress their career within administration and join the Finance Team
Admin Assistant responsibilities:
Administrative and reception support
Set up meeting rooms
Maintain financial records and organise invoices
Managing the shared finance inbox
Ad Hoc admin tasks
The ideal candidate will:
Previous administrative experience
Previous experience within a professional services environment
Be able to take initiative
Be organised and self-motivated
