Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Shift Supervisor at their site in Glasgow. Initially on a temporary basis. There is some scope for this to extend. This would be a weekend role -Friday 11:30 - 18:00, Saturday & Sunday 07:00-19:00
Main Responsibilities:
Manage workers and external contractors
Lead and manage quality inspections on site
Communication with key stakeholders
Ensure Health and Safety Standards
Manual Lifting
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong leadership skills
Previous experience within a production environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
