Are you passionate about technology, luxury vehicles, and delivering outstanding customer service? At Vertu BMW Sunderland Prep Centre, we’re looking for a Digital Merchandiser to become a key part of our innovative, high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for motor vehicles, strong photography skills, and a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Capturehigh-quality images and professional videosof every new and used vehicle prepared on site.
* Operate our state-of-the-art indoor photo booth and turntable to ensure consistent, premium imagery.
* Wokring collaboratively with ourvalet and cosmetic team, presnting new and used vehicles online
* Accurately upload and merchandise vehicle stock across our website and affiliate platforms.
* Use manufacturer systems and the latest AI technology to add detailed specifications and compelling selling features to each vehicle listing.
* Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all vehicles meet our exacting preparation and presentation standards.
* Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all digital listings.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or digital engagement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtual
* A proactive attitude and natural curiosity about technology and innovation
* Passion for the BMW brand and high-performance vehicles
* A full UK driving licence
