What youll do
* Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
* Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
* Ability to travel between sites as required

The practical bits
* We operate a rota across seven days per week, with the earliest start time being 9am, and the latest finish time being 7pm. You will be expected to work at least one weekend per month, and cover some bank holidays (weekend & bank holiday shifts are 10am-6pm and will be shared fairly across the team)
* Flexible working and part time hours can be considered for the right candidate
* You will be based at out Lymington site, with regular travel to the site in Hythe and very occasional travel to other sites within Hampshire
* There will be some lone working, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings.
* You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
* A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), well pay for any business mileage
