Cedar are supporting a PE backed healthcare business with the recruitment of an interim financial controller. This role will be an initial 3-6 month contract and will require occasional travel to other offices across the UK. Experience of working within a hands on role, ideally within SME businesses would be highly advantageous for this position. Key Responsibilities: Improve management accounting process Balance sheet review Acquisition integration Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the annual budgeting process Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts to support decision making Profit & Loss Management: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions for reliable P&L statements Analyse variances between actual results & budgeted/foretasted figures Your Profile: Qualified Accountant Strong process improvements experience Available at short notice
