What you'll be doing: Logging jobs via email and internal systems Coordinating engineers and contractors Making outbound calls to chase updates and progress jobs Managing multiple jobs from start to finish Updating systems and ensuring accurate records Supporting the wider operations team What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Confident using systems and managing workloads Background in customer service, call centre, or admin The opportunity: Entry into a growing operations team Clear progression routes after 6 months Exposure to different areas of the business Stable, long-term role Salary: 26,000 - 27,500
